Semitones
Change the key in half-step intervals. ±12 semitones is one full octave; ±2 is one whole tone.
Raise or lower the pitch of a song, voice recording or sample by semitones without changing its speed. Compare Original and Adjusted, then download the result. Video is supported too.

Pitch changes. Timing stays.
Move the complete recording up or down while its rhythm, length and sync points stay in place. A −2 semitone shift lowers every note by one whole tone without slowing the performance.
From broad moves to fine tuning
Use the control that matches what you already know: the interval, a small tuning difference, or the source and target musical keys.
Change the key in half-step intervals. ±12 semitones is one full octave; ±2 is one whole tone.
Fine-tune audio that sits slightly sharp or flat. One hundred cents equals one semitone.
Review the estimated source key, correct it if needed and choose the key you want the full recording to reach.
One shift, different outcomes
Choose a familiar job to see where pitch shifting belongs and which AudioMuse control to use first.
Transpose the finished recording without slowing down the groove. Small whole-step changes are a practical place to start for rehearsal or a cover.
Review the estimated source key or enter the key you know.
Lower or raise the track by one or two semitones first.
Compare the chorus, then create the full adjusted file.
Use semitones for a new musical note, then use cents when a recording or sample sits slightly sharp or flat.
Use a whole-semitone shift to reach the target note or key.
Add a small cents adjustment only when fine tuning is needed.
Listen to exposed attacks and sustained notes before exporting.
Shift the complete voice recording for a character or creative effect. This changes the whole signal; it does not correct individual sung notes.
Start with a modest shift so speech remains easy to understand.
Use the same preview passage to compare the voice character.
Keep the original because larger shifts can sound less natural.
Use Video mode when the picture must remain attached. Whole-semitone shifts change the first audio track while the visual timeline stays in sync.
Choose Video before selecting the local file from your device.
Set a shift from −12 to +12 semitones and prepare a preview.
Compare the full video, then export picture and adjusted sound as MP4.
A/B preview
Select a short passage and switch between Original and Adjusted. The passage helps you judge the sound—it does not trim the full recording you download.
Pitch, speed, BPM and note correction describe different jobs. Keeping those jobs separate makes the result easier to predict.
Small shifts usually sound more natural. Large changes can make exposed vocals, cymbals or complex full mixes sound less natural, so preview an important passage first.

Yes. In Audio mode, leave Keep original speed and duration enabled. Video mode always preserves speed and timing. To independently slow down or speed up an audio recording, use Audio Speed and Pitch Changer.
Select Video above the upload area, upload a local video and choose a shift from −12 to +12 semitones. Select Preview Video to compare Original and Adjusted, then Export MP4. You can also export directly without creating a preview first.
Yes. Shift by semitones in either mode. In Audio mode, you can also review the estimated source key and choose a target key. Correct the estimate if you know the original key. Transposition moves the entire recording and preserves its major or minor character; it is not automatic vocal pitch correction.
Audio mode accepts MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, AAC, OGG and other supported audio formats; an MP4 with audio produces audio-only output in that mode. Video mode accepts MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM and MKV and exports MP4 with picture and sound. Both modes accept one file up to 100 MB and 10 minutes. Readable codecs and sufficient device memory are required.
H.264 video is copied without re-encoding the picture. Other supported codecs are converted to H.264 for MP4 output, which can change picture quality and take longer. The processed audio is stereo AAC at 192 kbps. Large pitch shifts can introduce audible artifacts.
This tool accepts local files, not YouTube links. It does not download from YouTube or change playback on the YouTube website. Choose Video and upload a local file you own or have permission to edit.
No. The selected 0.1–30 second passage in Audio mode is only for comparing the sound. Your download includes the full recording. Video mode previews and exports the full video.
Video mode processes the first audio track and includes it with the video in the MP4. Extra audio tracks and subtitles are not included. The tool shows a notice when multiple audio tracks are detected.
Audio and video pitch adjustment, preview and download are free without sign-up. Processing runs in your browser; your media files are not uploaded for processing. The engine downloads on first use. Keep the page open while processing and download the result before leaving.
