Full soundtrack
Save everything from the first audible moment to the end of the video.
Save a video's soundtrack as MP3, WAV or another audio format. Extract the full recording, choose one section, select an audio track or process up to 10 videos at once.
Processed in your browser · MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC & OGG · Full video or selected section · Batch up to 10 videos
The extractor reads an existing soundtrack from your video and creates a separate audio file. Keep the entire recording for listening, or set start and end times when you only need one quote, song passage or sound effect.
Choose a workflow to see which part of the video to keep and which audio format fits the next step.
Save the full conversation as a compact MP3 or M4A so it is easier to replay on a phone, review with notes or share with a collaborator.

Set a precise start and end time when the useful sound is only part of the video. WAV or FLAC gives the next editor a non-lossy output step.

Use Single File mode for precise control, or apply one set of output settings to several videos.
Save everything from the first audible moment to the end of the video.
Enter start and end times in Single File mode to save only the useful passage.
Process up to 10 videos with the same format and download separate files or one ZIP.
If a video contains separate readable tracks—such as different languages or commentary—the file details show a selector. Choose the track you want before processing.
This selects an existing stream. It does not separate voices, music or instruments inside a mixed track.
Every output is encoded as 48 kHz stereo. Choose for compatibility, size or the next editing step—not to recreate detail missing from the source.
A practical default for phones, messaging, lessons and everyday playback. Choose 64–320 kbps.
Use a compressed alternative when the destination accepts it and a smaller file matters.
Avoid another lossy encoding step when the extracted soundtrack is moving into an editor or production workflow.
Video input: MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI, M4V and 3GP · Audio output: MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC and OGG
Choose the source once, set the result you need and save the extracted audio from the browser.
Choose MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI, M4V or 3GP. The browser checks the file for readable audio tracks.
Select an audio track when the video contains more than one. In Single File mode, keep the full duration or enter start and end times.
Use MP3 for everyday listening, WAV or FLAC for further editing, or choose M4A or OGG. Set a bitrate for lossy formats.
Create the audio file without changing the video. Download each result separately or save a batch together as a ZIP.
The processing engine runs on your device. Start without an account and keep the source file unchanged.
The selected video is read and converted locally instead of being sent to an AudioMuse extraction server.
The extractor creates a new audio file. It does not overwrite, trim or remove sound from the source video.
Open the tool, extract the soundtrack and download the result without attaching the media to a profile.
Current limits: 100 MB per video, 300 MB total and up to 10 files per batch. Processing speed depends on the video, browser and available device memory.

Choose an MP4 file that contains audio. MP3 is the default output, so once the video is read, click Extract audio and download the result. For a short excerpt, open Advanced options and enter start and end times in seconds. Leave start at 0 and end empty to keep the full soundtrack.
Yes. Batch Extract accepts up to 10 videos, with a limit of 100 MB per video and 300 MB total. One output format and bitrate apply to the batch. Each video produces a separate audio file, available individually or in a ZIP. Batches use each video's full duration; select a time range in Single File mode instead.
Choose MP3 for everyday listening and sharing, or WAV or FLAC for further editing without another lossy encoding step. M4A and OGG are also available. The tool re-encodes audio at 48 kHz stereo, so it does not make an untouched copy of the original stream or restore missing detail. MP3, M4A and OGG use lossy compression, with bitrate options from 64 to 320 kbps.
Use MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI, M4V or 3GP files from your device. The video must contain a readable audio track; a silent video cannot provide sound that was never recorded. Protected, damaged or unsupported streams may fail even when the extension is supported. Processing time and mobile compatibility depend on your file and device.
Yes, if your video contains separate readable audio tracks. A selector appears in that video's file details so you can choose the track to save. If voices, music and other sounds are already mixed into one track, they stay together.
This audio extractor saves an existing soundtrack, including the voices, music and background sounds in it. It does not isolate a singer, remove background music or separate instruments. Choosing an existing audio track is different from separating sounds inside that track.
No. This tool works with video files saved on your device, not webpage URLs. It does not download videos from YouTube or social platforms. Choose a file you own or have permission to use.
Yes. Single-file extraction, batch extraction and downloads are free, with no sign-up. Videos are read and processed locally in your browser, not uploaded for extraction. The processing engine downloads on first use. Keep the page open until processing finishes and save your results before leaving.
